GPU:RX 6500 XT(latest driver)
Optimizer Configuration:
Presets-Medium(Manually changed resolution to 1080p)
Legacy-Balanced AMD
UI:Xbox UI
Suyu settings: Language-zh_CN Region-China

Reproduction steps

Start the game and load a save.
The game Just stuck before the TOTK logo is displayed.

Additional context

Disabling TOTK Optimizer will help
