crypto-js included #5

Changes:

new js folder for JavaScript
aes.js, pbkdf2.js, and FileSaver.js moved into this folder
content of aes.js and pbkdf2.js copied into decryptTemplate.html

Purpose:

remove external dependencies
do not download crypto-js over the internet at encrypt and decrypt: downloading crypto may signal work with important data, and draw attention
possible to work on an air-gapped machine: no internet connection needed
decryptTemplate.html contains all necessary crypto: no internet and other files needed to decrypt

Hi again Zoltán, thank you for taking the time to contribute this upstream! I can definitely jive with these design decisions. I will review the code shortly and merge it in.
