Show USD value #19

Added functionality to show the transaction amount in USD instead of BTC. Will use $1100 as standard rate when rate is not yet retrieved.

Hey Malcolm, thank you for this pull request! I want to let you know that I've tested this patch out and made a small change or two, and it will be ready to merge soon.
