Changed algorithm to find markdown pages to better match Wiki behaviour #103

With this PR the .order file defines order not processing of a page. This behaviour is coherent with Azure DevOps.

I added a sample integration test to validate the assumption

No, wait, I found a big difference in the order of the output and working to fix it. I'll open another PR
