Option to specify mermaid.js path #24

It should solve the issue if mermaid.min.js is not copied next to the executable file. See #23.

if --mermaidjs-path is defined, then that file will be used, if not, then a version from a CDN will be used.

Sorry, first I've merged master to my fork instead of main.
