Add support for HeaderURL and hiding headerline #6

Both wkhtmltopdf and DinkToPdf support the header-url and header-line arguments.

Can it also be supported in WikiPDFExport?

Already done 😄

However it seems header-url doesn't work in combination with header-right/center/left (it generates an empty PDF). I've added this to the comments. Hope it is ok like that.
