if you are not converting the whole .wiki tree from the root - but from a sub tree.

e.g. path to root of wiki is /.../Abc.wiki but the supplied export directory is /.../Abc.wiki/Some/Lower/Level

There may be a more elegant way to do this - feel free to make it more so!
