add a gitattributes #54

This will make the output when loading it through composer (and zip) for production slimmer and make the required bandwidth to download your package smaller

thanks for your contribution. As far as I can see we can safely integrate this, but I'd like to ask another colleague to asses if this doesn't harm the rest of our build/deployment processes.
