Noisy #343

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Tracking is on.
2. Device volume is zero. Device is also in quiet mode.
3. You go inside.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program NOT to blast (even if the GPS signal is lost).
What do I get? A noisy alarm at loud volume that you can't turn off.
If the program overrules the device's settings (which it apparently does), then
I expect to find a way in the program to turn off the volume before it blasts.
(I can't find one.)

Which Android device are you using?
Samsung Galaxy S Advance, GT-I9070.

What version of Android are you running?
2.3.6

What version of the Open GPS Tracker are you running?
The one from April 26, 2012.

Please provide any additional information below.
