silence instead ringing #62

I have always the same problem: i call the dongle, asterisk answers and give 
DISA. [code]

Then i call (over DISA) to any SIP-Client and the Telefon rings. But i can not 
hear ringing. Only silence.

Why i there is silence and not Ringing? In the CLI i see "is ringing", but 
there is only silence. 
I tryed many things in my configs, but the problem seems to be in the 
dongle-driver.
