Can't reconfigure photo source settings of Picasa Web Album #19

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set new target 'Featured' in a photo source settings of Picasa Web.
2. Reconfigure the photo source with the "Preferences" button.
3. The target is changed from 'Featured' to 'User'.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The target should not be changed.
