Client: Add metrics to product output UI #190

Display the metrics from the estimate method on the layerManager controller. The call should occur anytime the AOI changes, or the min/max levels are modified

The UI is now displaying the metrics for the cuts. I added two new tabs to the product output modal to display the information.
