Admin: Clamp levels from layer to layer not changing #213

If you are on the Admin page and you have multiple layers defined and let’s say you have one layer that is 0 to 20 and another that is say 6 to 9 levels and you select the 0 to 20 layer on initial load and navigate to an image and draw a box then the bounds will be applied for that layer but if you immediately change layer to the 6 to 9 draw the cut box it will not update it still thinks its the level from the clamped 0 to 20
