Blank window #36

Hello, I am getting nowhere on this app. For some reason.m it opens into a blank page. When I click on "Open Backup..." and navigate to my mobile sync folders, the files are grayed out. Not sure what is missing here. Thanks, Terry see screenshots

Hey @tsurfing! I can't tell yet why the backup doesn't load automatically. However, for opening it manually, it looks like you are one folder too deep. On the first screenshot, you would have to navigate to the "329d4fc7cb..." folder and select one of the files starting with Manifest. If you get an error message now, please post a screenshot again.

One question… How would I search for Procreate files? I am searching for a particular digital art that I lost when I deleted it off my iPad Pro.

I would start by navigating to the File Search tab and typing in %procreate% in the Domain field and % in the Relative Path field, then click on Search. I don't know how Procreate handles projects, but maybe they already appear in the search results. If there are too many results, try sorting by the Size column. Another guess would be % for the Domain and %.procreate for the Relative Path.
