Description

I had some issues with M-Chips and the readme lacked these instructions, so this PR updates the readme with instructions to run it over M-Chips on MacOS.

These steps should solve

There is an alternative solution: use distribution with pre-bundled JavaFX: https://github.com/MaxiHuHe04/iTunes-Backup-Explorer/issues/10#issuecomment-2026935752

Would it be better to point to the one-click Azul install?

I first tried installing the JavaFX module manually, but it didn't work. Maybe some version issue (I installed 22)
