Impossible to power on the freplayer #3

I can send commands to the player, but only when the player is powered on. As soon as it is powered off, the discovery fails and no commands are sent ....

How can I solve this ?

Sorry for the late answer but I no longer have access to a free player so I can't try to reproduce.
