Added our fork of QR image, with logo and cross-platform support

• [x] Description doesn't have a dot (.) at the end

@gugu Thanks for your contribution! @shortcm/qr-image has few downloads & stars and there are several other libraries in the category already. I'll keep it in the backlog and may consider adding it if it gains popularity in the future.
