open your garrysmod\addons folder and look for a custom playermodel file and try copying or do sth like that ex addon: Jacket Sonic (Spark the Electric Jester 3 Mod) PM. make lua and then autorun and then make a file like this and then write a code or copy the code that looks like this and here is yet ANOTHER example for the arms and stuff like this using the cup bros addon if none of the upove worked then find a youtube video ps: i have cracked garrys mod so i couldn`t use my avatar as an example

i DO have garrys mod and this method works... to some extent. model generated by rbx2source is facing the wrong way

Hmmm that's weird sorry I can't help you at this point I cant make models for gmod neither player model I only used my basic code experience for all the file exploration so that's what I got
