ConEmu Windows size not calculated properly in Multi Monitor Environment #2391

Open heygogit opened 2 years ago

heygogit commented 2 years ago

Versions

ConEmu build: 210912 stable /x64 OS version: Windows 10 /x64 Used shell version: Putty

Problem description

I use two monitors and always if I move ConEmu to the secondory monitor the fixed windows size is mixed up. Change the size manually is not possible. If you try to force size by saving the settings again it moves back to the primary monitor.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open ConEmu on Primary Monitor
  2. Move them to the secondary
  3. Move them back reduces the size again and not consider the settings

Actual results

Wrong Windows Size and no possiblility to change it. (just fullscreen seems to be possible)

Expected results

Just adjust windows size along the configuation (defined ratio). Not switch back to Primary Monitor if changing settings

I use two monitors and always if I move ConEmu to the secondory monitor the fixed windows size is mixed up.

What does that mean?

Change the size manually is not possible.

That's also unclear. How exactly "manually"?

If you try to force size by saving the settings again

How? "Save settings" or "Apply" button?

it moves back to the primary monitor.

I see you've selected "Cascade". Several ConEmu instances?
