WDK/DDK PoolMon is unscrollable (Windows Terminal has same issue) #2522

Versions
ConEmu build: x64 OS version: Windows 11 22h2 x64 Used shell version PoolMon
Problem description
When using ConEmu to open Poolmon, only are visible in the current window size is rendered, expanding the window size reveals more lines.
This is not a problem with the classic ConHost, but does demonstrate the same issue under Windows Terminal
Steps to reproduce
Actual results
Scrollbar is short and doesn't scroll the buffer
Expected results
Should scroll the buffer like ConHost does
