Fade animation blocks main thread #364

The fade animation when you use Ctrl+~ to show/hide ConEmu literally stops ConEmu in its tracks. I can hold down the show/hide shortcut and it will show/hide, not once, but 5 times because the key down messages aren't handled until after the fade animation completes.

Using latest version (151006-x64).
