Allow to drag batch file onto settings->tasks #369

It would then make a new task with its name -

This would make setting up something like portable-kivy easy as I could just drag "kivy bash" onto tasks to add it.

:+1: It would also be usable to drag .lnk file and extract from it not only command line but also run dir and icon path/number.
