in conemu how do I create file shortcut with drag and drop and right-click on mouse? right now this selects files.

Right drag is not supported or expected. Use left drag and Alt+Drop.

why does far manager options in conemu settings has right drag flag? also keyboard has right-menu key where shortcut creation is possible

Hmm... May be I've forgotten something, never used this right drag actually. So, what's on your settings page?
