Note that at first I thought this was related to "Conemu does not "snap" properly #284", but after reading that issue I realized that it was a different issue.
I need LogFiles https://conemu.github.io/en/LogFiles.html
Run "ConEmu -log", reproduce the issue, create screenshots of you whole area to avoid misunderstandings, attach zipped logs and screenshots via DropBox or something.
Attach your settings too.

Let me know if this is not what you needed. Settings to come.

If you need anything else please let me know. If this sharing method doesn't work please let me know. If there is anything else I can do to help please let me know. Thank you for all your hard work.
I've asked about screenshots. The logs itself do not clearly describes what are you doing and what do you expect. Full-sized screenshots where all monitors space is visible, to understand window position and problems.
@Maximus5: Taking screen shots of the ComEmu wouldn't show you anything. Instead I took this screen shot so you can see how a normal window "snaps" to the right half of the screen when hit the Win + right arrow.
Here's a good explanation of what "snap assist" is and how it is supposed to work: http://www.cnet.com/how-to/how-to-use-windows-10s-new-snap-assist/
Furthermore, holding down Win + Shift + using the arrow keys should move the app to the correspond monitor. Here's an example:
Starting position:
Win + Shift + right arrow:
Repeating that step should have moved the app over one more monitor again, but it won't move to that monitor.
Is this still actual on latest builds?
u gots 'install keyboard hooks' checked settings > keys & macro >> keyboard > [ ] Install keyboard hooks.
might need [ ] win + arrows - resize window checked too. i dunno. i have both checked
there's also keybinds that were already there for me
@meffect Didn't understand you. Are you observing the problem described in the issue?
Perhaps related to gh-284. Without further information issue will be closed soon.
that was just me giving OP some hints of settings to check. it seemed like a settings issue rather than bug at first look
ConEmu versions tested: 150913, and 160124; installed with Cmder Windows 10 - with multiple monitors
When attempting to move the Conemu windows to other monitors with Win+Shift+arrow keys, ConEmu only moves AS LONG as the ConEmu window isn't maximized. If the ConEmu window is maximized, then it will jump to certain monitors, but not the monitor that is set as the "main display". Similarly, using Win+arrow keys to "snap" the windows to particular quadrants or vertical halves does not work at all. All you are able to do using the Win+arrow keys is maximize the window or reduce it back to its unmaximized size.
Thank you for all your effort and hard work. I thoroughly enjoy using ConEmu everyday for development purposes.
