Highlighting not working in alpine

When running alpine in ConEmu the highlighting of the current menu-item is missing.

Here is an example using bash on windows 10 connecting to a linux host using ssh:

Here is the same program using putty to login to the linux host.

The problem is still present when I use the alpine binary on windows 10.
