Required information!
OS version: Win8.1 x64
ConEmu version: 131125
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): 3.0 3525

Allow to DnD tabs in the same style as a Chrome browser. Now If I have two tabs on
one monitor it isn't posible to move one of tabs to another monitor in easy way.

Firstly, I want to merge this into Issue 294, but...

Actually, there is nothing with "Chrome style". You need ability to automate "Detach
tab, run new GUI instance, attach detached tab". Smth similar with "Run in new 
window".

+DnD :) It will really useful. I have 3 monitors and want to freely drag the tabs from
ConEmu form one to another. Internally it may me implemented as you describe :) 

BTW Now I can't easy DnD the whole ConEmu, if I have it maximized. I need to "normalize"
it before. Back to the Chrome - DnD works even if it is maximized.

Yes, please add this feature.  For example Clover 3 (http://ejie.me/) adds Chrome Style
tabs to Windows Explorer and you can use Chrome Themes to style it.  It would be nice
to have this support as well.
