Sticky keys are not always registered #1461

OS version: Win7 x86
ConEmu version: 140128 x86
Far version (if you are using Far Manager): NA

*Bug description*
When using sticky keys the input is sometimes not registered and nothing is input into
the terminal console.  For example, if you were to type the whole alphabet one letter
at a time there would be many letters missed.

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Enable sticky keys
2. Load ConEmu
3. Press "shift"
4. Press "a"
5. Repeat steps 3 & 4 - moving through each letter of the alphabet

Any news on this issue? Just installed the latest alpha version, and it still doesn't
work. The other console app - which i'm trying to replace with ConEmu - works fine.

Still not... was lost in the bunch of others issues
ConEmu react on messages, Windows sent to it.
So, your problem is strange. I'll recheck it.
