RStudio misalignement inside conEmu #1972

OS version: Win7  SP?   x86
ConEmu version: as of today last version

*Bug description*
Dear distinguished developers,
I'm writing to let you that when I was trying to use the interface Inside RStudio it
seems to work very well except for a misalignement between the position cursor on the
screen and where it really is. 

*Steps to reproduction*
1. Download R 
2. Downlad RStudio
1. add a ConEmu console with the RStudio.exe to create a new R console.

What cursor? Mouse?
I can't fix bugs of third-party applications related to their mouse processing.
Report this to R-Studio authors.
