I'm not sure what you're trying to say, your app crashed, immediately launched this
bug report, and i thought i was helping.  Next time i'll just close the browser window
and be on my way.

If you're in windows 8.1 (haven't and not going to regression test this) and you right
click the cmd.exe tab, click "restart as admin" it will crash your program if you have
UAC enabled.
