It seems that when you zoom you'll see a smoothed image and not be able to see the real
pixels.

Is there a way of enabling this behaviour, at least for BMP files?

Switch to gdiplus.pvd, press CtrlT

I tried, now it displays "(GDI+:BMP:DirectX) ... PicView2" but Ctrl+T does nothing.

I said "gdiplus", not "gdi+". Two different subplugins.

Thanks, it works. 

It took me some time to google after GdiPlus.pvd and it doesn't save the state but
it works. Getting FAR plugins it's definitely not the best experience ;)

The other way to see a not blurred picture - press F5.

Yes, I forgot it. But it is another technique. F5 resample image to current display
size. This will not work on large zoom values (400%, 800%, and so on).
