Using 1.13.1, and MVdWPlaceholderAPI, custom placeholders are not loading. The regular placeholders work, and the custom ones show up as loading in the console , but aren't actually usable. The plugins that are adding the placeholders are CMI (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/cmi-240-commands-insane-kits-portals-essentials-economy-mysql-sqlite-much-more.3742/) and Ultra Permissions (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/ultra-permissions.42678/)
