Get Rid of Unknown publisher box for chrome #160

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. When i run the .jar file in my application it ask me to accept it as a 
trusted source
2. As of now I created a new keystore and certificate and IE will accept it and 
not pop the box up. Chrome and Firefox still do.
3. Any idea on how to avoid this, without paying tons to have a trusted source 
sign this ?
