In Homey I have added both Mi Homey v1.1.5 and Xiaomi Mi Home v3.0.8. My gateway is added in both Apps. In both Apps I have successfully added two Xiaomi double wall switches (with neutral).
In the Homey Apps I can switch both added devices on/off (left and right buttons). But, the switches are not actually operated. Nothing happens when a switch is operated via the Apps.

Issue solved!
Gateway password had changed. This did not give execution errors in Homey, but the actual flow action was not executed.
