Currently this is for Sponge 1.10, but yeah, I'll try to get builds working today.

[x] Get build systems working
[x] Backport master features to the api4 (1.8.9) branch
[x] Release plugin! (On the Sponge forums, you should be able to get it from the api4 branch now)
