Data not being displayed on map #3

Just wanted to note down the issue I am facing with map not generating the portals. Got some help from Max to ensure files are in the correct tree/folder, however the map generates but with no content. I wonder if these is an issue with the recent files Niantic is providing? That's certainly possible, last time I requested data was well over a year ago..
