Empty value of Break Time on Add/Edit Time Pattern causes Runtime Error #10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Add or Edit Time Pattern screen
2. Enter values in all fields except Break Time
3. Click on Save or Update button

What is the expected output? 
Assume that empty value means zero or give an error message.

What do you see instead?
Runtime Error with list of Java methods.

What version of the product are you using?
Version 3.4 compiled from SVN source up to revision 3757.

On what operating system?
Debian 7.1/Tomcat 7.0.28/Oracle Java 1.7.0_25

This issue was fixed by revision 3889.
