I can't get to work with focusrite 2i2. I have 2 issues.

  1. when I start nocablelauncher, I get a message that 2 cables are connected - but only one is connected
  2. There is terrible sound, like a microphone is connected that is close to a speaker, coming out of my speakers.

Any suggestions. here is how my setting file:

  1. message by game? take a screenshot
  2. check Rocksmith.ini, mainly Win32UltraLowLatencyMode, LatencyBuffer, MaxOutputBufferSize.

Had the same issue. Turns out the Scarlett 2i2 had a conflicting VID/PID with my soundcard device (SB X-Fi). When I disabled those inputs, the problem resolved itself. Try checking the EditSettings.bat to see if you have conflicting devices.

Having a similar issue, but with the Scarlett Solo (one model down, but basically the same interface). The game doesn't see any cable at all, even though the only one enabled is the Focusrite. Also already verified it's running at 2 channel, 16bit, 48000Hz. Disabling all other devices doesn't help, but all other devices do work on their own with the launcher. Settings.bat shows the automatically selected VID/PID both at 0000, but even after manually inputting the interface's correct VID/PID, the game still hears nothing. I know the sound card works alright... am I missing something stupid/obvious?

Oh yeah, and the game can also hear the guitar in microphone mode, it just doesn't think anything is connected when I switch it to Cable mode
