How to leave another input device active? #50

I have the USB cable from my Boss Katana 100 Amplifier supplying audio to the guitar software with this patch. This allows a very simple connection and use of my amplifier simultaneously.

However, I have to disable the second Katana USB audio input device that also supplies audio via my USB cable (this one is after the effects in the amp). If I do not disable this in my audio setup, then it is seen by the guitar software as a second cable. If I disable this device, then I can no longer connect to the amp via it's software.

So, how can I keep the other Katana USB audio device active without the guitar software seeing it as a second cable?

You can't. All Rocksmith cables share the same hardware id. The Katana's input channels also share the same hardware id, so when injecting one of them, the other gets picked up by the game automatically since it shares the same id.
