University entityIDs are wrong sometimes? #8

The output from nix run .#list-eduroam-entityIDs shows "Virginia Community College System" as entityID 8668. Trying that though gave me the installer for Louisiana State University. Going to the download page from cat.eduroam.org though gave me 11835 in the download link which did work. I'm not sure what's going on here but something is definitely wrong, right?

All that it .#list-eduroam-entityIDs does, is requesting https://cat.eduroam.org/user/API.php?action=listAllIdentityProviders&api. I also noticed, that for some cities, it returns the wrong code! It seems, like the ones the download page gives us are the correct ones.

My current plan: getting in contact with eduroam people to get an explanation - I already got named a contact.
