German translation #8

Hello, here's my german translation-file for "/src/_locales/de/messages.json" ...

Because of the "Umlauts": öäüÖÄÜ, the file is UTF-8 encoded.

Note that "Gigaslash(ed)" comes from the term of the Dragon Quest. You can leave it as is if there's no appropriate word.
