Add missing chrono/tm (time) header

Thank you for this PR. Although I haven't had issues with compilation yet, I assume you had issues with a newer toolchain or such?

I do not know the exact origin of the issue to be honest :sweat_smile: Maybe our toolchains are similar, just some build cache tricks for your build environment (no problems with clean build?). I had some regular tools from manjaro repos (Qt 5.15-something and gcc-12-something).

I've heard about it from others trying to build it. For example, first it was KDE Plasma Bigscreen enthusiast via matrix room. And then I've also found it at Arch Linux AUR community package.
