Switch from redmine_base_deface plugin to redmine_plugin_kit gem #22

This should avoid the need to install a dependency plugin and also will avoid deface version conflicts.

This change caused problems to run in production env. See details in #20. So it was reverted.

I believe it was solved (missing module declaration).
