1.18.2 dash rework

A few changes to the dash mechanic to make it "feel" more Celeste-like

• The player now dashes at a constant velocity.
• At the end of a dash, the player's speed is reduced.
• Reduced the steepness of the angle needed to hyper jump (wavedash).
• Added super jump.
• Made being able to do hyper jumps more consistent.

I will merge it and probably get another 1.18.2 release out then, but could you maybe port these changes to newer versions as well?
