idea/todo: libraries and header files

• once subroutines are done
• header files specify:
  • The name for subroutines. nothing else.
• library files work in combination with headers and have a structure like this:

  file header: BFIL version
  <begin subroutine> <subroutine id> <code> <end subroutine>
