Wind energy contribution percentage shows all energy possible, not energy used #7

sum is higher than 100%, not possible, bug is due to not taking into account curtailment

fix is done, now made for dominant PV, wind curtails first, then after that PV curtails. rationale is: civilians with home solar will be less active in curtailing, more done by large scale wind. just an assumption, this made coding a lot easier for now.

fixed now for equal distributed curtailment between PV and WIND based on the ratio of their power production available when sum of renewables exceeds demand, and thus residual load is <=0
