And is the error only for $global:gpupower ? I just to make sure it is just gpupower, or of it is throwing for gpufans and temps as well.

So it works now?

I was concerned whether or not Swarm will record fans,temps,power in Windows 8.

If the error continue, post .\build\txt\devicelist.txt. I would like to see if it detecting gpus.

There must be a compatibility issue with gpu detection. I am going to close this post, and open new issue for auto gpu detection in win 7/8
