Failed API check for coins triggers miner restarts by SWARM ...

Miners are getting restarted apparently for no reason when SWARM fails an API check for coins. This happened on two separate rigs (NVIDIA and AMD) on zpool coins api check. In both cases, same miner + Algo were selected after SWARM cleared the connection, and launched them again, causing several minutes of downtme and low hash rate until miners ramp up again. Please view logs below for sequence of events..

miniz log file indicated that it recevied a Control-C(from SWARM), and then ended, and restarted ...

SWARM indicated it failed an API ckeck and proceeded to restart the miner for no reason at alll ....
