DataSm - Get short message #123

I have USSD Account, it is all Ok, but there is a problem. When user send 
command (such as *1000*123456789*132#)  I receive it as DataSm, not DeliverSm. 
Destination address Ok (In this situation 1000), but I don't know text 
132465789 and 132.
