What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We have observed using tcp_dump that some of the deliver_sm messages are
received on IP and port but our router do not receive these messages. This
happens for some of the messages in between. My camel router is using JSMPP
2.1.0_4.jar. Kindly suggest me how can I figure the exact issue? Let me know if
someone else has faced similar issue and what did they do to resolve it.
