Model-Monitor Correlation

Let's completely ignore the previous implementation which focused on a single monitor. Converting a collection of monitors into a raster for direct comparison seems much more useful.

Note that we will need several good vignettes describing a recommended process for converting monitor or sensor data into rasters.

If the Raster package has made this kind of analysis an order of magnitude easier for us, our job is to make the application of this package to AirFire monitoring and model data another order of magnitude easier for the folks at USFS.
